Refund Policy
Your rights on subscriptions, trials and cancellations. Last updated 24 June 2026.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains your rights when you purchase a Premium or Pro subscription on LaLiga Fantasy, operated by Mediodía Interactive S.L. Because our game uses virtual Fantasy Coins with no monetary value, this policy concerns only paid subscriptions, not in-game currency.
2. Virtual currency has no cash value
Fantasy Coins are a free, in-game currency used solely to build virtual squads. They cannot be bought for real money, exchanged for cash, transferred or withdrawn. As they hold no monetary value, they are not subject to refunds.
3. Free trials
Premium and Pro include a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. If you do not add a payment method, the trial simply ends with no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU and Spanish consumer law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription purchase. If you request a refund within this period and have not substantially used the paid features, we will refund your payment in full.
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, including your name and the date of purchase. We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours on working days.
7. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear on your statement.
8. Partial periods
Except where required by law, we do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period once it has begun. Your access continues until the period ends.
9. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of our terms, or where the request falls outside the applicable legal window and the features have been substantially used.
10. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for, and you may cancel before a new price takes effect.
11. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. No refund is due for periods during which paid features were unavailable due to a failed payment.
12. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights granted to you under Spanish and EU law. Where this policy and the law differ, the law prevails.
